Abstract Guidelines
PG Paper Guidelines
- Registration of first author for this conference is mandatory.
- Abstract should not be more than 300 words
- Abstract should be in MS word, Time new roman font and font size 12 pt.
- Paper Structure should be under the following headings:
- Research
- Title
- Background
- Aim
- Material
- Methods
- Result
- Conclusion.
- Case Study/Report
- Title
- Author Information
- Affiliation / Department
- E-mail
- Background
- Case Study
- Discussion
- Conclusion.
- Time duration should be 8 minutes (6 Minutes presentation & 2 Minutes Q&A)
- Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the Paper
- Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/ co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to send with paper.
- Bonafide certificate from the HOD of the department should be attached with the abstract.
- Deadline for submission is TBD
E-Poster Guidelines
- Registration of first author for this conference is mandatory.
- File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT/.PPTX)
- Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5MB.
- Up to Five slides per E-poster.
- Animations/sounds/videos should not be used in E-Poster
- Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the E-Poster.
- A passport size photograph of the presenter should be included in the presentation.
- Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/ co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to be printed on the poster.
- The study may be presented under the following headings:

- Aims
- Objectives
- Material
- Methods
- Result
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
- Case Study/Report
- Title
- Author Information
- Affiliation / Department
- E-mail

- Poster should be in MS power point; time new roman font and font size 12 pt.
- Screens provided ratio will be 16:9 and the size will be approximately 48X30 inches.
